The use of our website does not require prior registration and / or any other indication of personal data. 3. Automatically recorded data when visiting the website

Your Internet access provider will inform you about the duration of the storage of used and assigned IP addresses by the Internet access provider.

The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest, which follows from the aforementioned data processing purposes. We do not use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person. The data mentioned will be stored at the latest until the statutory retention period or statutory limitation period has expired.

4. Processing of personal data as well as type and purpose and their use

The purpose of data collection is to enable appropriate processing of your request that triggered the data collection and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations from the client relationship. The data include names, contact and communication information as well as mandate or process-related factual information. The purpose of the data collection is to be able to identify you as a client in order to be able to correspond with you, to be able to advise and support you appropriately, to issue invoices, to clarify and, if necessary, to process liability claims as well as to assert any claims against you.
The personal data collected by us for the commissioning will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period or statutory limitation period and then deleted, unless we are entitled to retention and documentation obligations under tax and commercial law (from HGB, StGB or AO) are obliged to store them for a longer period of time or you have consented to longer storage.
