With the help of micro process engineering, we intensify chemical processes and make them more efficient, flexible and safer.

Our flow reactors enable continuous and controlled process management. The special geometries of the reactors create a high surface-to-volume ratio. This enables a faster exchange of heat and reactants and opens up many possibilities to make reactions more energy- and resource-efficient under defined conditions.

The reactor systems in the micro and millimetre range can be easily scaled. Areas of application can be found, for example, as part of modular production concepts in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and fine chemicals sectors. Highly exothermic reactions such as ethoxylation or lithiation are particularly suitable for microprocess engineering approaches.

At the customer's request, we manufacture micro-structured components, integrate EI&C applications and develop an overall micro-process engineering system.  

We tailor the concept to meet your requirements and other different aspects, such as technical entry barriers, economic efficiency and legal compliance.
